Man masturbates in public at cms, lagos filmed by bird of the same feather

Just yesterday,  an Instagram handle @halid_rasak shared a video of a man masturbating in public at a location in CMS,  Lagos island.  That is no longer news.  What is news is that the Instagram handler that captured the act also touches his privates too as seen in the pics after the cut. On the left is Instagram handler owner  &  on the right is the man caught masturbating.  Well, I guess u know what they say about birds of the same feather.  U can watch the video on Instagram @halid_rasak
